  • Panic-buying fuel

    What a day. I was really low on fuel and decided not to fill up until the weekend and the farce that is call our government decided to put out a fuel warning so everyone panicked. It took me over an our to get through the cues at the petrol station and now we hear the strike may not go ahead. All I can say is shame on you people that work for the government.

  • To buy or not to buy in Lincoln?

    I'm thinking of buying a property somewhere in the Lincoln area possibly in one of the villages to the east or southern parts of Lincoln. There are some very good houses around, but there is still signs of market sliding. Before I decide to make any offer I'm trying to predict what will happen in the market over the coming months and possibly years. I'm wondering what other buyers looking in the Lincoln area are thinking as in purchasing sooner or later? Any tips or advise would be great.
